Every week, you can select from four different menus:
- Chicken Lean Muscle
- Chicken Lean Muscle + extra meat
- Beef Power Bulk
- Salmon Perfomance
Each menu contains a full set of prepared meals for the week.
Review the options and select the one that fits your goals and preferences.
2. Place Your Order (Before Friday 6PM)
All orders must be placed before 6:00 PM on Friday.
This allows us to:
- Source fresh ingredients
- Prepare everything to order
- Maintain consistent quality
Orders placed after 6PM Friday will roll over to the following week.
3. Sunday Morning Delivery
Your meals are freshly prepared and delivered to you on Sunday morning.
Delivery is calculated at checkout and added to your total.
Meals arrive ready to refrigerate and heat when needed.
4. Heat, Eat, Perform
Store your meals in the refrigerator.
Reheat as instructed.
Stay consistent with your nutrition goals all week.
